Personal care at home, across the Treasure Valley

Personal care is help with the daily routine that keeps life at home comfortable. Bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and the small tasks of keeping a home. Delivered by caregivers who are trained and screened, and who know that dignity matters.

Who is this for?

  • Older adults who want to stay in their own home but need help with the daily routine.
  • People recovering from surgery, a hospital stay, or a fall.
  • Families who are doing this themselves and need regular, trained help.
  • Adults living with chronic conditions that affect mobility or self-care.

What's included

  • Bathing, showering, grooming, oral care, dressing, and toileting
  • Help with walking, transfers, and safe movement around the home
  • Meal preparation and help with eating when needed
  • Medication reminders (not medication administration)
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and keeping the living space tidy
  • Simple errands and rides to appointments when the plan includes it

How it works

  1. Tell us what is going on

Call or fill out the form. We listen to the situation and answer your early questions at no cost.

  2. Free in-home consultation

We visit the home, meet the person receiving care, and understand the routine. We leave you with a care plan to consider.

  3. Match a caregiver

We select a caregiver whose skills, schedule, and personality fit the home. You meet them before care begins.

  4. Care begins, we stay in touch

Care starts on the schedule you choose. A coordinator checks in regularly to make sure things are working.

Common questions

How quickly can care start?

For most families we can begin within a few days of the free consultation. Urgent hospital discharges can sometimes be accommodated same-day. Call us and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Do you send the same caregiver every visit?

We work hard to keep the same caregivers assigned to the same families. Familiar faces help, especially for people with memory concerns. When the primary caregiver is off, we use a backup who has also met the family.

Is personal care covered by insurance or Medicaid?

Coverage depends on the payer and the individual situation. Idaho Medicaid covers some personal-care services for people who qualify. Long-term-care insurance often helps. We can walk through the options during the consultation.

What is the minimum number of hours?

Schedules vary from a few hours a week to 24 hours a day. We do not require a large minimum commitment. The goal is to match the care to what the family needs, not the other way around.

Do you help with medications?

Our caregivers provide medication reminders and help organize routines. They do not administer medications or make clinical decisions. For that level of support, a case manager or nurse should be involved. We can coordinate with them.
