Roles we hire for

  • Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant

    In-home care for older adults and people with chronic conditions. Personal care, companion care, light housekeeping, and the relational work of being reliably present.

    Ideal fit

    Patience, reliability, good communication. Prior home-care experience is welcomed but not required.

  • CBRS Worker

    Community-based skills coaching for adults with Serious Mental Illness and children with Serious Emotional Disturbance under Idaho Medicaid.

    Ideal fit

    Background in mental health, social work, psychology, or related fields. Training provided.

  • Overnight and Live-In Caregiver

    Overnight shifts and live-in rotations for clients who need 24-hour presence.

    Ideal fit

    Flexible with schedules, comfortable working independently, steady presence.

  • Case Manager

    Coordinate care plans across the family, the caregiving team, and outside providers. The single point of contact who keeps the plan aligned as a client's situation changes.

    Ideal fit

    Background in case management, social work, nursing, or care coordination. Comfortable with documentation, scheduling, and family conversations.
